We are looking for a Solution Specialist to join an international company, a leading software provider in the utilities sector that has opened offices in Madrid.

As a Solution Specialist, you would be responsible for the 1st level assistance:

· Defines, carries out and documents test cases of functionality and modules;

· Produces the manuals for the software produced;

· Provides second level support services;

· Provides operational training to customers;

· Supports the customer in software parameterization;

· Knows how to explain the functionality of some product areas in a clear and complete way, highlighting the effects of parameterization choices;

· Supports the commercial area in presenting the software to customers and prospects.

Requirements:

• Experience in the technology sector
• Preferably previous experience in utility products
• Knowledge of GIS Sytems or cartography
• Native Spanish and fluent in English
