We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to innovative projects within the Software Development Industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead team meetings with project managers to discuss new initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure proper staffing for projects.
• Oversee project budgets, track developer time entries, and manage offers/invoices through BCS to maintain financial control.
• Take full ownership of small to medium project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Efficiently organize personal tasks and deadlines while accurately estimating project effort and resources.
• Provide expert support for customer projects and guide new customers through technical onboarding in the cloud.
• Act as the architect and project manager for customer implementations, ensuring project success from start to finish.
• Deliver architecture training sessions for customers and partners, offering valuable feedback and insights to the product team.
• Map functional requirements of the customer to a technical architecture within the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

Your Skills:

• Fluency in German and English.
• Familiarity with CMS systems and their concepts.
• Experience with both frontend and backend technologies such as React, JavaScript, and Java.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Ability to conduct workshops, deliver training, and present effectively.
• Competence in translating functional requirements (customer) into technical requirements (developers).
