About the position:

Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:

• A strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Technical product knowledge and open costings
• You have a diploma/degree in Textiles
• You have prior experience in sourcing of sarees and ethnic wear textiles

Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing correct products at best prices

• Identifying and acquiring new weavers and developing clusters, working on weavers app.

• Managing the entire sourcing cycle from sampling to bulk dispatch 

• Identifying new product lines

• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services

• Prepare regular reports and participating in regular meetings.

• Aggressively working on product open costing to achieve good margins
