Strategic Sourcing Lead (India) — Established German MNC

Own supplier scouting/onboarding for M&E components, lead high-stakes negotiations, ensure quality & cost, align closely with German HQ, and drive localization & market intelligence.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in India for mechanical and electrical components.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Collaborate with the German headquarters and global teams to align sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and cost drivers.
• Support localization initiatives and cost optimization projects.
