Note: Only candidate with International - sourcing & buying experience of pork product will be shortlisted.

The incumbent for this role will be responsible for sourcing & Procurement of the meat products from International Suppliers & Manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Procurement of products (Lamb & Pork) from International Markets.

Developing excellent relationship with Manufacturers and Suppliers

Strong skills in negotiation & pricing of products.

Understanding the Logistics & Supply chain challenges for getting the product in Dubai with the support of the local team.

Excellent understanding of both products and its various cuts & sizes and breeds.

Support the Logistics Team in Shipments, Legal Documentation and Customs clearance.

Knowledge of Import & Export of Meat products.

Attending Local & global exhibitions to meet & build relationship with Global Manufacturers & Suppliers.

Understanding of the requirements of HORECA Sector.
