Antal International SA is expanding its team in Cape Town and is in search of an experienced, skilled, and organized recruitment researcher.  Your main function will be to ensure speedy delivery of specialized senior insurance professionals, manage and build connections with the candidate database, and assist the Senior Consultant with ad hoc research/duties centered around working towards the strategic objectives of this specialized desk.

Your experience includes:

• 3 – 5 Years’ experience in similar role, dealing with mid – senior management candidates
• Specialist experience
• Experienced in Insurance/Financial Services sector (advantage)

Your skills include:

• Strong technical sourcing skills i.e. Boolean, X-ray searching, etc.
• Skilled at the use of social media i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Strong accountability for delivery
• Organized, and detail orientated
• Able to work effectively without supervision
