Our Client: A global leader in the manufacturing of waterproofing and roofing systems is hiring a Specification Engineer for their team in Dammam, KSA.

Position Title: Specification Engineer – Construction Chemicals & Waterproofing

Note: This role is open only to technically skilled candidates with relevant waterproofing and roofing systems experience.

Contract Type: Full Time

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Salary Range: SAR 18,000 – SAR 22,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for promoting technical solutions to architects, consultants, and contractors, preparing technical specifications for projects, and ensuring that products such as waterproofing, insulation, and protective systems are incorporated into designs and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & update technical specifications, drawings, and documents
• Promote solutions to designers, contractors, and clients
• Collaborate with sales & technical teams on tenders and projects
• Provide technical training to clients and professionals
• Monitor projects for compliance with specifications and standards
• Share market feedback with R&D

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Building Engineering, or Architecture
• 5+ years’ experience in construction or waterproofing
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems & building regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings
• Excellent communication & customer-focused approach
• Willingness to travel within KSA
