Summary- In the role of a Specification Manager, your primary duty will involve obtaining project specifications within the UAE/GCC region. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with architects, designers, and consultants to discover potential business prospects and offer technical assistance and samples to clients. 

Task-

• Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing strong relationships with industry professionals such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors to promote the use of Laminates products and drive sales. 
• This involves actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking, attending events, and participating in trade shows. Providing technical support and product training to customers and consultants is also crucial in ensuring they understand the benefits of Laminates products. 
• Collaborating with distributor sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features are essential tasks. 
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities helps in identifying growth opportunities and making informed business decisions. Working closely with internal teams like marketing and product development is necessary to support successful product launches and marketing campaigns. 
• Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback is also part of the role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture or related field. 
• Minimum 7 years of sales and specification experience in the building materials industry, preferably with experience in decorative laminates or related products. 
• Strong network of contacts in the field of architecture, design and construction. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
• Fluency in English and Arabic required. 
• This position may require periodic travel throughout the UAE and Saudi Arabia to meet with clients, attend industry events and visit project sites.
