Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Financial Services
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Systems knowledge:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Use of CRM: Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot.

Most important attribute:

• Must possess an ownership mentality and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks through to completion. 
• Attention to detail, goal orientated and a willingness to learn and be hands on, 
• Highly organized, good at multi-tasking and able to deal with people at all levels
