Role Specification
Position Summary
Support effective and consistent application of global compensation programs, practices, and policies Support implementation and application of global compensation programs and projects
• Provide support for effective and consistent application of global compensation programs, practices, and policies
• Key Project team member for driving and facilitating global compensation, benefits programs, and initiatives • Administers and maintains compensation-related database and management systems
• Support strategic projects such as the ‘Global Level and Bands’ across all phases which primarily includes defining Job Descriptions, Job classification, Career Streams, Levels, Map Global Grades, and Salary Bands
• Create, validate, and maintain standard Job descriptions, Job Families, Job codes in the job builder tool as a common platform
• Conduct and support job evaluation of roles across various geographies
• Consolidate and review input data for market-based compensation surveys; use data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
• Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for positions. • Develop & maintain compensation-related reporting and dashboards • Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and compensation-related metrics • Data Analysis and Success factor support for Performance Management and Talent Management areas

Key Functional Competencies
Min. 4+ years experience in compensation and benefits area Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and procedures. Proven expertise in completing and submitting data for compensation benchmarking surveys Understanding and application of Job evaluation methods and Career level frameworks
Demonstrated ability to work within a project-based work environment. Significantly contributed to the development and implementation of total rewards programs, projects, or initiatives Advanced skills required to manage, analyze and report data using MS Excel HR Data management system ( HRIS) exposure preferably SuccessFactors

• Exposure to multi-country compensation principles and structures
