Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project, including close interaction with the working level team members, off-takers, lenders etc.

• Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various project finance contracts

• Develop insights on high-end, complex financial models by analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting and taxation principles.

• Support in design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis

• Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations

• Conduct research and analyse data of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors, and write reports that assist in generating business.

Requirement:

• MBA-Finance from a premier institute
• 4+years experience preferably in similar domain or international banks
• Interest and/or experience in project finance
