Company: Great Wall Motor - Munich Studio 

Location: First 6 months of work will be located in Baoding, China then Munich

Responsibilities: 
1. In depth study of brand design concept and design direction, communication with car networking and other relevant departments, to create a new brand image.
2. Responsible for design review of exterior styling idea sketch, design sketch and clay model, follow up the design progress of various projects, control the design direction.
3. Interview design talents, lead to improve designer project experience and design ability.

Qualifications: 
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least over 5-10 years of vehicle exterior design experience for EU market, familiar with styling development process of mass production car and concept car; 
3. Lead the design of more than one mass produced model; 
4. With mature and professional design cognition sense, can promote design further development based on 3D model; 
5. Strong communication and coordination ability, can drive the project progress smoothly; 
6. With strong team operation ability, able to work rapidly and continuously with team collaboration.
