About Us
We are franchise partners of Antal International, a leading International Executive Search and Selection business for Mid to Senior level with an existence in the industry for more than 20 years now, headquarters based at London. Key Responsibilities for TL-IT
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
- Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
- Get engaged in Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
- Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
- Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
- Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
IT Skills
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, zoom, structured)
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Continually maintain an understanding of the industry and skill sets served, including trends and new developments.
- Meet or exceed targeted goals, while accurately and regularly reporting on the key results and activities that contribute to those goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred
- Max 2-3 years of sales experience- Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
- Fluency in English language and MS office skills
