Key Responsibilities for TL-IT

• Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
• Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
• Get engaged in Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
• Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
• Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.

IT Skills

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, zoom, structured)
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
• Continually maintain an understanding of the industry and skill sets served, including trends and new developments.
• Meet or exceed targeted goals, while accurately and regularly reporting on the key results and activities that contribute to those goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred
• Max 2-3 years of sales experience- Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
• Fluency in English language and MS office skills
