Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering discussions with client. Clearly document the business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis with Standard SAP;
• Lead and manage small teams implementing business process improvements and implementing SAP MM systems for clients
• Work with client staff and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within the SAP MM module
• Configure the SAP MM system to meet the business requirements and conduct solution architecting workshops with business managers
• Translate business requirements into appropriate functional solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution;
• Develop and maintain working relationship with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams;
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions;
• Document functional specifications based on business requirements;
• Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions;
• Identify, document and perform functional testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of the solution;
• Experience providing production support to the client business;
• Design, configure, test and deploy SAP Request to Order, SCM, PTP, Workflow solutions following defined quality processes and standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with ASAP and Agile methodologies;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Preference will be given to MBA in Supply Chain
• Strong SAP Skills in Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Service Procurement and Plan Driven Procurement business scenarios;
• Should have experience in integrating external systems with SAP-MM modules
• Experience with at-least 2 full lifecycle implementation with atleast one in SAP S/4 HANA;
• Self-motivated in learning new concepts and willingness to share knowledge and skills with other team members;
• Relevant SAP certifications;
• 6 - 10 years of experience in SAP consulting position with domain knowledge and experience ranging from business requirements to functional solutions;
• Automotive Industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel to Customer Site in India, Middle East, Africa etc.
