Responsibilities:

 Prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, specifications for Mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards, codes and customer requirements using computer-assisted engineering or design software/ tools.

 Operate computer-assisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.

 Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.

 Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.

 Design, implement, maintain, or improve plumbing instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, or systems (HVAC) for commercial, industrial, or domestic (multi-family) purposes.

 Prepare specifications for purchases of materials or equipment.

 Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, or installation standards or specifications.

 Energy modeling experience (pref. US).

 Commonly used modeling software for ASHRAE 90.1–2010 includes – but is not limited to – the following: DOE-2- based modeling programs (eQuest, EnergyPro, VisualDOE), HAP, TRACE, VisualDOE, EnergyPro, EnergyGauge, and EnergyPlus.

Requirements:

 Experience – 3+ Years of experience

 Must know Equest, DesignBuilder, HAP, Tane Trace

 Must have worked on International projects, US preferred
