Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging Exports customer demand for current month and future forecast.
• Punching Regular Schedules in SAP
• Follow-up with Planner on daily basis for dispatches from Plant
• Post dispatch coordinate with Logistics team to ensure on time receipt at customer.
• Responsible to define the FG packing as per part specification and customer requirement.
• Tactical bridge between customer & plant, Pacifying urgencies by negotiating at both ends.
• Inventory Management
• Making Various MIS reports.
• Customer Packing approval support and related Audits
• Monitor firm / forecasted demand & Escalate variation beyond 15%.
• New Business Development with KAM.
• Define packing specification for new developed parts.
