Job Description
- Setting up the perfect angle for blade to get the maximum airflow.
- Must have knowledge about different reliability testing methodologies like temperature rise, lock rotor testing, thermal impact testing, high voltage testing, electrical parameter testing (current ,voltage ,rpm, watt)
- Winding data setup.
- Knowledge of product certifications.
- Preparation of PDI – Pre Dispatch Inspections
- Maintaining the in-house winding chart w.r.t motor type & layer 1,2.
- New Product Development as per customer requirements.
- Cost reduction projects for existing products.
- Should have knowledge about permutation & combinations.
- Keen to develop new products.
