This role involves managing general accounting, financial, and statistical reporting functions in alignment with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer general accounting and financial reporting functions for the Medical Group.
• Assist the VP of Physician Services and Hospital CFO in developing long and short-range operational plans, including service demand, resource availability, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare cash flow and budget variance analyses.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Direct the preparation of internal financial reports, including work papers for annual financial audits.
• Lead initiatives to reduce operating costs and increase revenues by analyzing market trends, financial reports, and operating procedures.
