Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor by leading product demos, presentations, and solution designs.
• Translate customer business requirements into tailored technical solutions, including robust server and storage infrastructures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and RFP responses covering ICT, server, and storage solutions.
• Engage with key stakeholders through meetings and workshops to capture requirements and strategic insights.
• Provide expert recommendations on integrating security, server, and storage systems with existing IT environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT presales or technical sales, with exposure to server and storage solutions.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions as well as managing server and storage infrastructures (e.g., Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Dell EMC, NetApp, Fortinet).
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends including cloud computing, cybersecurity, server and storage technologies, networking, and data management.
