Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus would be preferred

Experience

1.  Around 10 + years of experience in Project planning, development, implementation, infrastructure & maintenance of integrated systems across multiple hardware and software platforms
2. Indepth exposure of Program & Project Management

Technical Knowledge / Skill

1. Expertise in Industry 4.0 solutions, BI, RPA, ML
2. Specific domain knowledge in manufacturing industry -  IT systems, ERP (D365/ others), Digital transformation programs, Distributor Management and SFA/SFE
3. Exposure of working with Tier 2-3 vendors/ start-ups who have provided low cost disruptive solutions
4. Manufacturing IT solutions and overall IT at the plant locations/ site management.
5. Experience on Low Code Platforms as well as Open Source Platforms
6. Exposure in budget management

Strategic IT

1. Directs technological roadmap by studying Organizational goals, strategies, practices and user projects
2. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
