Job Responsibility

• Undertake works related to applying for business establishment licenses, revision, extension, etc.;
• Work directly with clients and government authorities to prepare the application and relevant documents for establishing representative offices, foreign owned companies, locally owned companies and complete the post licensing works for such clients;
• Assist the team in performing research and providing advice to clients on Law on Enterprise and Investment, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Business, Labor Code, and other regulatory matters;
• Update and highlight on the changes of the new regulations issued by the competent authority on weekly basic;
• Do research and make report on various relevant matters as per client’s requests
• Supervise and monitor the work process of the assigned projects; and
• Perform other works related duties as assigned by the management level.
