Key responsibilities
• Identify new acquisition channels by conducting in-depth primary and secondary research and assist sales for the deal closure
• Devise and implement GTM strategies for all new product launches in the lending domain
• Scale the existing channels by 5-10X by identifying the key levers for growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, finance & delivery) to pilot, build & scale lending programs in a sustainable manner. Own, set up, and track output metrics for each program (Disbursals, Adoption, ROI)
• Actively track the regulations in the financial services industry and be a thought leader in communicating to various stakeholders
• Perform competitor analysis and refine the positioning to be the #1 embedded financial service provider in the country
