Position Overview: 
We are currently hiring Engineers with expertise in Process/Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Development (NPD), or Project Management to join our talented team. As Sr. Manager/Manager ,you will play a key role in the automotive manufacturing process, focusing on areas such as Assembly,stamping, welding, plastic molding, tooling, and more.

Responsibilities:
•    Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive components, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
•    Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and processes, from concept to production.
•    Manage and execute projects related to assembly,stamping, welding, plastic molding, tooling etc.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
•    Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field from a premium institute.
•    Proven experience in automotive manufacturing, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: stamping, welding, plastic molding, tooling, etc.
•    Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project execution.
•    Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in process and manufacturing engineering.
•    Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
•    Effective communication and leadership skills.
