Aims to make a difference in the world- by enabling and empowering the women of the Himalayan valley through a range of holistic health and wellness products. The company enjoys high customer retention. Currently, the company has tasted small success with a sample size of 16 retail store partnerships, they are wanting to take this to 1000+ aggressively.
The company was formed 18 months back and is now consistently generating revenue of 1 lakh month on month. The company now aims to scale 5x in the coming year- i.e., revenue of 5 lakhs/month
Role: Sr. Manager Retail Sales
You will be primarily from a Retail background in Sales with exposure to ecommerce business. Would be responsible to build a network of GT, MT stores and distributors
Candidate Background
- Should have a background in FMCG sales, handling an annual revenue rate
- ARR of 5 crores and above.
- Should have handled omnichannel business- with a focus on selling to General Trade (channel sales and distributors) Modern Trade (Retail stores- Nature’s basket, Reliance Retail, Hypermarkets etc) and exposure to eCommerce business
- P&L responsibility
- Geographies- PAN India or West & North
- Love working with startups, growing them and getting to be a stakeholder
- Start as an individual contributor- that is as a Business Lead and grow to head of Sales
- Total yrs of experience- 8-10 years
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset- high on ownership and accountability.
6 days a week- 9.30 am – 6.30 pm

Experience
- At least 5 - 6 years of work ex in building channel, product placement, forming retail strategy and P&Ls, promotion management and responsible for growth in expanding retail footprint.
- Knowledge of product strategy, SKU building, product pricing, bundling etc for retail and digital commerce.
- Extremely strong foothold in the retail industry as we don't intend to start from scratch but with someone who can boost with own network and have a solid launchpad for the brand.
- To work along with the digital commerce team as well on the web store and marketplace on a strategy level.
- Should be a self-starter (not for name sake) but truly as he/she will work like an intrapreneur with budgets to bring results.
