Job Description :

• The role will be required to work, with a wide network of cross functional stakeholders, to align the procurement and sourcing, in line with company business plan.
• The role would involve hands on approach, with end to end, ownership, to ensure that all electro-mechanical & Sheet metal inventory parts, delivery is aligned with customer delivery.
• Establish and Monitor vendor performances (Quality, Cost & delivery), ratings. Identify and develop potential vendors for high risk vendor.
• Engage in strategic negotiations to achieve favourable conditions and strong supplier partnerships.
• Manage Supply Chain of the plant by deploying strategies developed with the Corporate Supply Chain vision, covering Planning, Procurement & Warehousing /Logistics.
• Planning complete sourcing and procurement, of the Electro-mechanical and Sheet Metal, parts in accordance with the production plan and providing visibility to the organization.
• Lead initiatives to increase inventory turns and reduce order to delivery times
• Monitor & control actual spend to achieve savings
