Job Title:                         Sr Manager Software Quality

Reports to:                      Global Software Expert

Appraised by:                 Global Software Expert & Global Quality Head

Division:                          QA

Location:                         Bhosari, Pune

Education:                       You should have successfully completed a technical degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a comparable course of study

Experience:                     5-12 Year,

Skilled:             You should have experience in the project work in cross-divisional teams  

• You bring knowledge in ASPICE or CMMI with you Ideally,
• you should have knowledge of electromechanical devices, HMI and their software
• You are a team-player with maximum readiness for action and enjoy working in international teams
• You round off your profile with your excellent communication skills and very good.

Job Purpose:                             Monitor the software Development activity & test Planning

Principal Accountabilities/Role Description:

• Prepare, Maintain the Software Quality assurance plan and keep it up to date
• You supervise the development projects with the focus on the software quality of the acquisition up to series production (APQP)
• You identify, analyse and track the quality-related software requirements of our clients 
• You support and coach the project team in the implementation and compliance with ASPICE-compliant processes  
• You prepare and actively participate in internal and external audits and assessments
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our ASPICE-compliant processes
