About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced technical professional to lead tender evaluation, costing validation, and bid support activities in an EPC/infrastructure environment.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring that all project bids are technically feasible, commercially viable, and strategically aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents including BOQ, drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Identify technical challenges, scope gaps, and execution risks
- Conduct and supervise site visits to assess feasibility and logistics
- Develop project execution methodologies based on site conditions and available resources
- Validate costing, rate analysis, and pricing strategies
- Support decision-making for bid / no-bid scenarios
- Identify and mitigate technical, site, and execution risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like execution, planning, procurement, and finance
- Analyze lost bids and improve future bidding strategies
- Maintain technical and costing benchmarks for continuous improvement
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of EPC / Infrastructure projects
- Expertise in BOQ analysis, estimation, and costing validation
- Good knowledge of site execution and project planning
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
Experience Required:
- 10–15 years of experience in EPC / Infrastructure sector
- Experience in projects such as: Roads, Railways, Bridges, irrigation, and Buildings.
- Hands-on exposure: Estimation, Tendering, and Execution.
Role Summary:
This role acts as a key technical and commercial support function in the bidding process, ensuring that projects are evaluated thoroughly and executed efficiently.
