Responsibilities :

Work closely with NYX India and Corporate Moldflow team, Responsible for establishing and maintaining manufacturing processes and procedures including capacity planning, tooling, process development, routings, cost reductions, and quality improvements within the injection molding department, Responsible for APQP and PPAP requirements per AIAG Standards, Problem solving on Quality Program Report (QPR) format, Responsible for all processes and mold related items, Mold Management – track location, cost, PM, quotes, Train technicians in mold set-up, molding processing, Establish mold documentation and maintain documentation, Sample new materials and molds, Optimization of molding processes, Mold repair and reduction of root causes of failure modes, Must have basic knowledge of TS16949 and know the Quality Policy, Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity, Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained, Manage and direct personnel as required, Organize and keep all set up information updated including process set up sheets, process validation and process compliance logs.
