ROLE : Looking to hire a dynamic professional from product management vertical. S/he will provide product management direction and support to HD Portfolio in India. This position will report to Head Marketing. Looking to connect with strong marketeers from Medical Devices industry. The position is to be based in Gurgaon. This is an IC Role at present.

Responsibilities :

- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

- On the basis of deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that lead to growth in market share, improve customer experience and product penetration; 4P's/4C's.

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies; translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

- Drive product launches including working with market research team, executives, and other product management team members.
