Role & responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs Experience in managing multiple /complex engagements especially on Agile model
• Has complete understanding and knowledge of SDLC process – different project execution model – executed multiple engagements in FP model.
• Define, monitor, and improve critical to success metrics for the success of the program.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies.
• Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Product, Leadership).
• Recommend improvements and drive alignment across teams.
• Project Finance management – Revenue, Margin – invoicing - overall cost management of the account /portfolio
• Reward and recognition of resources – attrition management – career planning

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 10+ years’ experience in project management or related field.
• Total 15 - 18 years of experience, with the recent 3-5 years in Delivery/ Program Management in a related industry.
• Knowledge of Data Engineering (Informatica or Snowflake) or reporting (Tableau or Power BI) desirable.
• Hands on experience on any one of the Data Engineering or Reporting tool would be added advantage
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in BI and Data Analytics space with good understanding of related tools and technologies will add more value
• Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
