Job Description
The Role
As a member of the QA team, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of Tripstack technology along with managing/triaging customer expectations. You will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams. We are looking for a self-motivated, right, and talented individual to help us raise the bar. The candidate should be a natural problem solver, detail-oriented and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The QA team is vital to our mission to continue to develop the latest travel technology and products.
Responsibilities:
- Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and bug reports
- Communicates with applicable stakeholders on product challenges.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Develop deep expertise in the product
- Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules/timelines
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to achieve results such as software engineers, product managers, and other QA testers
- Develop and manage operational processes to ensure QA processes link into technology delivery practices and standards.
