We are seeking a talented Research Engineer specializing in Functional Safety in Automotive (FUSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FUSA concepts, excellent coding skills in C++, and a passion for architecture roles in automotive systems. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive functional safety standards, along with the ability to contribute to the design and development of safety-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze automotive functional safety concepts and standards.
- Design, develop, and implement safety-critical algorithms and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety mechanisms into automotive systems.
- Conduct safety analyses and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain software tools and frameworks for FUSA applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive functional safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, CS, EEE, ECE), MCA, MTech, or MSc in Computer Science.
- 5-9 years of relevant experience in automotive functional safety.
- Proficiency in C++ programming language.
- Strong coding skills and experience with software architecture roles.
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards such as ISO 26262.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
