Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Expertise:

  • Knowledge of PV, wind, BESS industry systems, including transformers, control buildings, and HV equipment.
  • Experience in large-scale substation design, construction, commissioning, and design optimization.
  • Proficient in preparing Basic Design packages and reviewing EPC Detail Designs.
  • Familiarity with Plant EPC contracts and Technical Exhibits.
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical theory and concepts.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Bluebeam, ETAP, and AutoCAD.

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Awareness of key industry players (EPCs, third-party labs, etc.).

• Communication and Representation:

  • Ability to accurately communicate detailed information to internal and external customers.
  • Professional representation of the company in external engagements.

• Safety and Commitment:

  • Continuous commitment to safe operations and acting as a safety role model.

• Travel and Work Environment:

  • Willingness to travel 15% - 30% domestically and internationally.
  • Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
