Position: Sr. Technical Consultant – ASP.NET Core 6.0+ / Full Stack Developer
Location: Pune (Hybrid / Onsite)

What You'll Do

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using ASP.NET Core 6.0 and Microservices architecture.

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful features with real business value.

• Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and complies with tools like SonarCloud and Codacy.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Perform unit testing and debug complex applications to ensure a smooth user experience and reliable functionality.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural standards.

• Optimize existing code for performance and scalability, and troubleshoot issues across staging and production environments.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in .NET (including .NET 8 and AOT), bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, and MVC frameworks.

• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and software architecture.

• Front-end experience with ReactJS and/or modern JavaScript frameworks is a big plus.

• Solid database knowledge with SQL Server, MySQL, and optionally MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and modern integration techniques.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices in the software development lifecycle.
