Primary Skills
- Candidate should have implementation and support experience in Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Hyper-V Windows (DNS/RADIUS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience is a must and technologies last used must be one-two years.
- Expert experience in Migration and planning the migration approach.
- Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting.
- Exchange - Exchange migration projects and involved in cross forest migration.
- Office 365- Exchange online, MS Teams, One drive, O365 security.
- Office 365 Tenant to Tenant migration.
- Hyper-V consolidation projects and support experience.
- DFS or standalone File Server migration from legacy to latest version.
- Should be a Single owner to handle projects end to end.
- Produce detailed and accurate technical documentation for the changes performed to keep a track record.
- Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.
- Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server.
- Manage Azure AD in terms of replication and configuration.
- Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS), Windows Clustering.
- Candidate should have implementation experience in Windows SCCM patch management and windows security baseline deployment and testing.
- Experience in Windows failover cluster deployment.
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, SharePoint basic deployment and configuration.
- Continuously monitor and report on utilization and security concerns.
- Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items.
- Implement approved technology changes for clients following our standards and best practices.
- Keep the environment by updating the system on periodic basis.
- Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.
- Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business requirements.
- Experience in conducting and supporting version migrations from legacy system to latest version.
- Working knowledge of scripting and automation technologies, PowerShell.
- Responsible for providing senior level of support for Wintel team.
