Staff Engineer – Product Engineering (Bangalore/Hybrid)

A leading SaaS company is seeking a Staff Engineer to take a key technical leadership role within its product engineering team. You’ll serve as the development lead for the India office, working closely with global peers in Product and Design to shape system architecture, drive delivery, and mentor engineers.

This role goes beyond hands-on coding — you'll influence roadmap decisions, guide technical strategy, and contribute to building highly scalable, cloud-native systems using Java, SpringBoot, React, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
