Position number 2301 - Stamping Process Expert

Position number 2302 - Stamping SE and Process Expert

Position number 2301 - Stamping Process Expert                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Specific Area: Stamping die debugging

Current Status:
Company built totally 6 new production bases in 2020, and it is expected to develop 12 models in 2021. At present, there is a shortage of stamping die debugging talents, which is not enough to support the development of the company. Company is urgent need of debugging mentor-type talents to improve the department's die debugging capabilities.

Topics need to be solved and expected result: 
1. Accuracy of key points of stamping parts> 98%;
2. The matching accuracy fluctuation of stamping parts back to the factory is less than 2%;
3. The problem solving rate of parts surface quality is 100%.                                                 

Responsibilities:
1. Planning and organizing the implementation of the integrated management system for the die manufacturing process and returning to the factory
2. Formulation of die accuracy surface quality improvement plan and effect confirmation.
3. Supervise the team building, personnel training and technical management of fitter technicians for each project.
4. Formulation and review of cost reduction plan for stamping die development.
5. Propose plan to shorten the project development cycle, and implement the plan.

Position number 2302 - Stamping SE and Process Expert                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Specific Area: Stamping SE and Process Design 
Number of Recruit: 2

Current Status:
Company developed 11 models in 2020, and 12 models are expected to be developed in 2021. Current in shortage of stamping SE and process design talents, couldn’t support the company's development. SE and process mentor-type talents are urgently needed to enhance the department's SE and process design capabilities.                                                

Responsibilities:
1. Stamping SE and process design quality control, SE and process design management system planning and implementation
2. Formulation of die precision surface quality improvement plan and effect confirmation.
3. Responsible for the team building, personnel training and technical management of each project's SE and process and technical personnel.
4. Formulation and review of the cost reduction plan for stamping die development.
5. Propose plan to shorten the project development cycle, and implement the plan.

Topics need to be solved and expected result for both positions: 
1. Accuracy of key points of stamping parts> 98%;
2. The matching accuracy fluctuation of stamping parts back to the factory is less than 2%;
3. The problem solving rate of parts surface quality is 100%.             

Qualifications for both positions:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above
2. Major: mechanical design, material forming and control
3. Working years and qualifications: more than 15 years of experience in vehicle model development.

Skill requirements for both positions:
A. Necessary ability: die debugging, formulation of stamping parts precision and surface quality improvement plan.
B. Other requirements:

- Familiar with Toyota's model development system.

- Familiar with welding, painting, final assembly development process and systematical analysis problems.

- Possess project management and control ability and personnel training ability.

C. Tool skills

- Familiar with the failure mode and consequence analysis in the development process of stamping parts, and able to propose prevention plans.

- Able to use A3 to solve problems in the development of stamping parts.

- Able to use CAE to identify on-site problems and formulate countermeasures.
