Job Brief:
1. Identification of critical markets for the region basis the demand forecast
2. Creating an expansion plan and ensuring the timely scale-up
3. Driving monthly regional demand targets in terms of absolute customer order
4. Managing city level demand performance
5. CAC for champion onboarding
6. Champion and customer churn management
7. Templetisation of FOS onboarding
8. Daily operations of the Demand control tower
9. Daily performance management of CM
Key Skills
1. Should have managed a large team
2. Good understanding of sales management systems and processes
3. Capable of structuring problems and find-deploy systematic solutions
4. Design and rollout of performance measuring systems for team
5. Good understanding of outcome-oriented incentive designs
