I am looking for a Station Manager with experience within the Freight Industry to manage all aspects of the station in Purfleet. £50-65Kpa 20% target bonus Benefits. Knowledge of Air/sea Freight and 3PL solutions needed.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through service delivery and entrepreneurial approach to developing customer centric solutions that may not exist within the wider network.
• Deliver faultless service delivery to internal customers e.g. OFR Product via LCL CFS service, FXT through customer devanning service, etc.
• Working with all sales channels and other station managers drive the commercial business growth and sales development through close communication of Purfleet capabilities, flexibility and entrepreneurial approach to developing new customer centric solutions.
• Identifies new target customers and new service requirements in alignment with sales and develops new products and solutions to stimulate the sale.
• Provides training, guidance and support to sales teams on the unique products and services available within the Purfleet Station
• Station P&L and budget achievement
• Accounts receivables are at or better than UK target
• Ensure FTE allocation is in line with productivity and that shifts are relevant to the requirements of the station and customer demands
• Review costs regularly to ensure the station is paying the most optimal price
• Customer ownership both management of existing customers through regular communications and QBRs and new customer sales and implementation process
• Reviews and is responsible for monitoring customer profitability, contract renewal, quotations and GPS.
• Communicate the station, UK and global strategies and ensure they are embedded and practised at all levels within the station.
• Ensures all team members receive feedback regularly (informal/formal/appraisal process)
