The client is a well known company active in fashion and luxury goods sector.

We are looking for a:

Store and Properties new store procurement specialist

The role

The candidate will be part of the department that deals with the construction of new stores and maintenance.

 Main Activities and Responsibilities

•          Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers

•          Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements

•          Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers

•          Process purchase orders

•          Work closely with the legal and finance department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company and the budget previsions are respected

•          Attend meetings with the company team, vendors and suppliers

 Key Requirements & Competencies

•          8+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role in Retail, fashion and luxury goods, luxury construction or design and furniture

•          Architecture or Construction Engineering degree is mandatory

•          previous experience in furniture sector is a plus

•          Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Italian and English

•          Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques

•         EasyPro software knowledge is another plus
