You lead the store with heart and business sense, ensuring every guest walks out feeling connected, and every team member grows under your guidance. Where You’ll Make Impact: Key areas of responsibility—where your work will move the needle. Guest Experience
● Create hospitality-driven, personalized experiences that delight guests and encourage repeat visits.
● Build meaningful connections and ensure every interaction feels authentic, warm, and memorable. Team Leadership
● Inspire a diverse, high-energy team with empathy, clarity, and ownership.
● Coach, grow, and support your team while holding space for feedback, conversations, and development.
● Resolve conflicts with maturity and create a collaborative, balanced environment. Business & Operations
● Decode daily KPIs, sales trends, and guest feedback to drive store performance and smart decisions.
● Lead inventory management, audit health, and stock discipline.
● Keep the store experience impeccable—VM, housekeeping, SOPs, and brand presentation.
● Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Warehouse, L&D, VM, Care) to keep operations smooth. Problem-Solving & Growth Mindset
● Anticipate challenges, think creatively, and provide timely solutions.
● Embrace learning, stay adaptive, and lead the team through change with positivity. What You Bring Along: Essentials we’re looking for in your experience, skillset, and mindset.
● 5–10 years managing retail stores (high street or mall formats).
● Strong communication skills—clear, thoughtful, and grounded.
● Ability to analyze KPIs, read sales trends, and make data-led decisions.
● Expertise in inventory forecasting, loss prevention, and stock discipline.
● Confident with people—hosting guests, leading a team, managing conversations.
