At Antal International, we are working with a recognized premium fashion brand. We are looking for a Store Manager for their new store based in Coimbra, Portugal. It will be responsible for hiring the team, and managing the store while reflecting the brand vision and goals. 

Requires:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager.
• Driven by sales and performance (2-3 years working with KPI's) 
• Great skills in team management, and leadership.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and preferably more languages.
• Analytical mindset, active and dynamic profile. 

Functions:

•  Overall management of the store. 
• Achieve sales targets and related KPI's and meet short and long- term goals for the store. 
• Drive store operations, store environment, and staff administration. 
• Ensure the store's visual presentations and merchandising meet company standards. 
• Team management, lead and motivate each day.
• Excellent personalized customer service.
