In Antal International, we are working with a recognized fashion brand. We are looking for a Store Manager for their store based in Lisbon city center, Portugal. This person will be responsible for managing the store while reflecting the brand's vision and goals. If you are interested in new challenges, do not hesitate to apply!

Requires:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager.
• Driven by sales and performance (2-3 years working with KPI's) 
• Great skills in team management, and leadership.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and preferably more languages.
• Analytical, active, and dynamic profile. 

Functions:

•  Overall management of the store. 
• Achieve sales targets and related KPI's and meet short and long-term goals for the store. 
• Drive store operations, store environment, and staff administration. 
• Ensure the store's visual presentations and merchandising meet company standards. 
• Team management, lead and motivate each day.
• Excellent personalized customer service.
