Leading European company in AI technologies and services is looking for a experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their team.
As a Strategic Brands Account Manager, you will work closely with Enterprise and Brand Retailers, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant to help them achieve their business objectives and solutions for their digital transformation. You will be responsible for maintaining active relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities for growth, and closing deals with them.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop meaningful partnerships with Enterprise and Brand Retailers, close deals with key customers and maintain active customer relationships, in order to achieve shared business objectives with the Sales Management Team.
- Keep partner companies updated on the evolving digital landscape and the company's value propositions.
- Lead, with full responsibility the commercial business processes towards active and potential customers, ensuring the correct development of leads.
- Promote the company's services through periodic meetings with clients, incentivizing them towards new projects.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in the commercial area in FMCG Digital companies, marketing agencies, and/or retail marketing, managing and creating key accounts.
- Good knowledge of Groceries and Brands business, with established contacts in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to address decision making within the sales process.
- Capacity in managing a high volume of clients and accounts.
- Strong ability to manage priorities, assertiveness, and a self-driven approach.
- Previous experience in a business development role within the B2B sector is a plus.
- Experience in digital services sales.
- Native Spanish and fluent English (proficient in conversation is a must).
