Our client, one of the esteemed Government entities based in Dubai is looking to hire a Strategic HR Consultant. We are looking at candidates from Management Consulting firms having worked on strategic HR projects ( People, Culture, HR life cycle for M&A, Project management, Policies)

Responsibilities -
· Advising management on human resources plans and processes
· Analyzing the organization’s current HR programs and suggesting solutions to existing problems
· Responsible for leading the end-to-end HR life cycle for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. This includes project managing HR due diligence, planning for integration and separations across all HR functions.
· Consult on different projects
· Act as an HR business partner for strategic business improvements
· Developing, reviewing, and applying HR policies and procedures where necessary
· Ensuring HR agendas are aligned with employment law issues
· Formulating and retaining HR related reports
· Acknowledging, suggesting, and overseeing any changes related to workflow
· Looking at new ways to generate and analyze data and reports
· Auditing for any HR activities to ensure compliance
· Creating and delivering HR related training sessions
