Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager - Mumbai
Client is India’s largest omnichannel platform and multi-platform tech company with expertise in retail tech and products in AI, ML, big data ops, gaming crypto, image editing and learning space. Headquartered in Mumbai and have 1000+ brands under management, more than 10k stores and servicing 23k + pin codes.
What will you do?
As a Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships that contribute to client platform's growth, market presence, and overall business objectives. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:a) Partnership Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliances plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify potential partners, assess their relevance, and prioritize them based on strategic fit.
b) Partner Identification and Onboarding:
• Identify, evaluate, and initiate contact with potential partners, including retailers, technology providers, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, draft partnership agreements, and facilitate the onboarding process.
c) Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
d) Collaboration and Integration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to integrate partner offerings into client platform seamlessly.
• Drive joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote partnerships and maximize mutual benefits.
e) Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
• Regularly analyse partnership performance and provide reports to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
f) Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify partnership opportunities and threats.
g) Compliance and Legal Oversight:
• Ensure that all partnerships and alliances comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review contracts and agreements.Some specific requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with minimum 5+ years of Experience
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving.
