Procurement Manager with German in the field of Construction Services

As Strategic Procurement Manager in the field of Construction Services, you will manage sourcing projects and supplier relationships to deliver cost-efficient and compliant procurement solutions. You’ll help drive performance and value in a highly collaborative, project-oriented environment. Team members in Romania provide services to support the team based in Switzerland.

What you will do:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with category goals and procurement strategy
• Support project procurement with timely, cost-effective purchasing in alignment with project milestones
• Conduct supplier analysis, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement standards
• Drive supplier performance monitoring and reporting to enhance value delivery
• Collaborate closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to define and fulfill requirements
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization within your category

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, supply chain or similar
• 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement in construction or infrastructure
• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in using procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) and digital sourcing platforms
• Detail-oriented, structured and proactive in managing multiple procurement activities
• German B1-Level and English in a professional context
