Responsibilities:
❖ Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the advertising unit, aligned with the
company's objectives and long-term vision.
❖ Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer
insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, and operations,
to define and implement effective advertising strategies.
❖ Lead the development of innovative advertising solutions and offerings that meet the
evolving needs of clients and deliver measurable results.
❖ Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic
partnerships, and expanding the client base.
❖ Develop pricing strategies and models to optimize revenue and profitability while ensuring
competitiveness in the market.
❖ Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, providing insights and
recommendations for optimization to enhance ROI and effectiveness.
❖ Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes
impacting the advertising landscape, and proactively adapt strategies accordingly.
❖ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of strategists, fostering a culture of
collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
❖ Present strategic plans, performance updates, and recommendations to senior management
and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise
manner.
Requirements:
● Minimum 10 years of experience in the advertising domain, with a focus on strategy
development and execution.
● Strong understanding of both mainline and digital advertising channels, including
traditional media, social media, search advertising, display advertising, etc.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from
data and metrics.
● Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
in a clear and concise manner.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
● Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging
technologies in the advertising space.
