Antal international Group, recruitment company, is looking for his client, a large Chinese Automotive Group - FAW Besturn -, a Styling Creative Design Chief (exterior), located in Shanghai - China.

Work Location: Automotive Innovation Park, Lane 56, Antuo Road, Jiading District, Shanghai

Salary : Negotiable, depending to the profile, but very high range level

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating the exterior styling development strategy of all Besturn brand models

2. Responsible for leading company's exterior styling design under the company's overall strategy, and controlling the development direction of styling

3. Responsible for research on the expansion and design iteration of Besturn brand exterior styling family genes

4. Responsible for assisting styling superior to build a styling development system and development process

5. Responsible for improving the maturity of Besturn brand exterior styling, and comprehensively improving the styling quality, details and sophistication

6. Responsible for training Besturn exterior styling team

Qualifications:

1. Served as a world-class OEM's exterior lead in the styling business (or the exterior chief designer of a famous car styling design company for more than 2 years), and well-known in the industry. Engaged in forward-looking design experience, such as international famous cars relevant positions of the company's design center in Europe and the United States

2. More than 15 years of work experience in automobile styling development, at least 2 star models' exterior design experience, able to guide the whole process of styling

3. With excellent strategic management ability, team leadership ability, modeling trend analysis ability, I hope that the candidate can integrate with the current team, can personally complete the integration and adjustment of creativity, and guide the team to complete modeling creativity and guidance throughout the process

4. Bachelor degree or above, able to communicate in English

5. Designers with backgrounds in Audi, Mercedes-Benz and BMW are preferred. Responsible for assisting the director or general manager of the company, formulating development strategies, participating in operation management and decision-making
