Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Styling Director.

Location: Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for the creative design of the appearance and shape of the motorcycle, responsible for providing the core design direction, and drawing creative sketches.

▪ Understand the development trend of the industry and products, and reflect the ability of design analysis in the design, and grasp the market trend.

▪ Be able to express creativity quickly by hand drawing, use relevant software proficiently, and guide the production of design renderings.

▪ Responsible for organizing and controlling the review of the modeling project, can integrate the intention of product planning and the needs of engineering development into the modeling, ensure the multi-dimensional integration of the modeling, and complete the modeling design process realistically.

Requirements:

▪ With more than 10 years of motorcycle styling design experience.

▪ Have experience in making sludge models, and be able to guide the making of sludge models.

▪ Have CAS production experience and be able to guide CAS and A-side production.

▪ Have certain experience in material definition, and can complete the definition of material, texture and color according to product definition.

▪ Have a deep understanding of motorcycle structure engineering and principles, and be able to communicate with the engineering development team on related issues.
